Apple Nachos

Healthy Apple Nachos make for a fun breakfast, snack or even dessert.  Crispy apples are thinly sliced and topped with creamy nut butter and crunchy toppings. The sky is the limit when it comes to this fun recipe so get creative and make it your own!

– 1 apple – 2 tablespoon macadamia nut butter or another nut butter of choice – 2 tablespoon honey cinnamon granola or another topping of choice – 1 tablespoon pepitas or another topping of choice.




Wash and thinly slice the apple. Place the rounds on a plate in a single layer that is just slightly overlapping.

Prep apples.



If needed, melt your nut butter in the microwave for 15-30 seconds so that it is runny and drizzle evenly over the apples.

Add nut butter.



Sprinkle the pepitas and granola (or whatever toppings you would like to use!) on top.


– Cocoa Nibs  – Chocolate Chips – Raisins  – Dried Cranberries – Coconut Flakes – Chopped Roasted Nuts – Seeds – Trail Mix – A sprinkle of cinnamon or apple pie spice
