Base
– 10 large eggs
– 1 cup Greek yogurt
– ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– ⅛ teaspoon hot sauce
– 1-2 tablespoon avocado oil
Add Ins
– Up to 3 cups vegetables
– Up to 1 cup meat
– Up to 1 cup cheese
