Healthy Copycat Eatmore Bars

Inspired by the Hershey's Canadian confection, these homemade  "Eat-mores" are made with just 4 wholesome ingredients yet they taste identical!

– 10 Medjool dates pitted (about ¾ cup packed) – ¾ cup peanut butter – 2 oz unsweetened chocolate – ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt – 2 cup chopped peanuts

INGREDIENTS

1.

The dates should turn into a smooth paste. You can add up to 1 tablespoon of hot water if needed to achieve a smooth consistency.

Puree dates.

Stir in the peanut butter, melted chocolate and sea salt until fully incorporated and smooth.

Mix.

Fold in the peanuts until incorporated.

Add peanuts.

4.

Press firmly into a lined 9x9 inch pan.

Shape.

5.

Score with a knife and then freeze for 30-60 minutes to set.

Score & freeze.

6.

Remove from pan and fully cut into bars.

Enjoy!

Use sunflower seed butter and sunflower seeds and/or crisp rice cereal as the add in instead of peanuts.
