Honey Roasted Cashews

The perfect combination of salty and sweet, learn how to make honey roasted cashews for a quick snack or homemade edible gift.

– 1 cup raw cashews – 1 tablespoon avocado oil – 1 tablespoon honey – ½ teaspoon fine sea salt – 2 tablespoon coconut sugar

INGREDIENTS

Combine melted honey, oil, salt and cashews in a bowl.

Mix.

Spread into a single layer on a lined baking sheet. Roast at 325 F for 8-14 minutes until lightly golden brown and fragrant.

Roast.

Remove from the oven and carefully pour or scoop the nuts into a large bowl. Pour the coconut sugar over the bowl. Stir to evenly coat.

Toss in Sugar.

Spread the honey cashews back out onto the baking sheet in a single even layer to cool completely.

Cool.

To gift:  -allow cashews to cool completely -package up into nice mason jars -label jars -decorate with ribbons, a bow, etc.
