– ¼ cup tahini – ¼ cup lemon juice – 2-4 tablespoon reserved aquafaba or water – 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil good quality – ½ teaspoon fine sea salt – ¼ teaspoon black pepper – 1 can (19 oz) chickpeas
