Macadamia Nut Butter

Super creamy with a light sweetness, macadamia nuts blend up into the most smooth and delicious homemade nut butter.

– 3 cups macadamia nuts – ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt

INGREDIENTS

Place the raw nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet and place in a 350 F oven for 9-13 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.

Roast nuts.

Add the cooled nuts to a good processor or high speed blender. Process for 30 seconds and then stop and scrape down the sides of the food processor. Repeat.

Add a pinch of sea salt to taste (I usually add ⅛ teaspoon of salt per cup of nuts) and process for 20-30 seconds just to mix in.
