White Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

A white chocolate twist on classic no bake chocolate peanut butter cookies, this easy recipe is made with just 3 ingredients in a matter of minutes. 

– 4 oz white baking chocolate – ⅓ cup peanut butter – 1 and ⅓ cups rolled oats

INGREDIENTS

Roughly chop the white chocolate and place in a large microwave-safe bowl.

Chop Chocolate.

Microwave in 15 second intervals, stirring after each time until nearly melted.

Melt Chocolate.

Add peanut butter and then microwave for 2 more intervals. Stir until well combined.

Mix.

4.

Fold the oats into the white chocolate peanut butter mixture until fully coated.

Mix.

5.

Scoop 1.5 tablespoon of dough per cookie onto a lined cookie sheet and then lightly flatten with a spoon or spatula.

Shape.

Refrigerate for 60 minutes until set.

Set.

You can substitute almond butter for a peanut free option  Or Use sunflower seed butter for a nut free option!
