Sautéed Frozen Green Beans

A delicious side dish made with just 4 simple ingredients, this sautéed frozen green beans recipe is an easy way to add more vegetables to your dinner table.

– 1 tablespoon avocado oil – 3 cups frozen green beans extra fine and whole – ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt plus additional to taste – ¼ tsp black pepper




Add the avocado oil and the frozen beans in a single layer to a pan over medium heat. Cook covered for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 or so minutes.

Cook covered.



Once tender, stir in the seasoning, slightly increase the heat and cook for 2-3 minutes to crisp up slightly.

Cook uncovered.



Add some additional garnish such as fresh herbs and toasted nuts if desired.


Try adding: - Onions - Garlic - Ginger - Bacon - Balsamic Vinegar
