Thai Curry Pizza

Surprise your taste buds on your next pizza night and give this Thai curry pizza a try! A delicious fusion of flavors, this pizza is made with fresh, simple ingredients and is loaded with vegetables.

– ¼ cup coconut milk – 1 tablespoon yellow Thai curry paste – 1 - 11 inch pizza crust – ½ cup red bell peppers – ½ cup carrots  – 2 tablespoon red onion – 1 and ½ cups mozzarella  – cilantro for garnish – green onions

INGREDIENTS

Combine ¼ cup coconut milk and curry paste in a small bowl.

Mix Sauce.

Roll out dough and top with sauce, vegetables and cheese.

Assemble.

Transfer to the oven and bake at 475 for 9-11 minutes.

Bake.

Transfer to a cooling rack and allow to cool and set for a couple of minutes.

Remove.

Slice and Serve.

Make Thai Chicken Pizza

-Make an extra half portion of the sauce (2 tablespoon coconut milk with ½ tablespoon curry paste) -Mix with ½ cup cooked and shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts  -Add the chicken mixture to the pizza before the vegetables.
