Preheat the oven to 475 °F and place a stone on the centre rack if using.
In a small bowl, mix together the coconut milk and curry paste until smooth.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured baking sheet or parchment paper (if using a stone). Top with sauce and then sprinkle the vegetables and finally the cheese evenly over the pizza.
Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 9-11 minutes until the crust is lightly browned and the cheese is melted and golden.
Remove to a wire rack and allow to cool for a couple of minutes.
Slice and serve topped with green onions and cilantro.
