Add the avocado oil to a large skillet and place over low medium heat. Add the frozen beans to the hot pan in a single layer and cover.
Cook covered for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 or so minutes until tender. If at any point, there seems to be a lot of moisture in the pan, remove the lid for a few minutes so that the beans don't end up being boiled or steamed.
Remove lid, stir in seasonings and increase heat to medium-high. Cook for 2-3 additional minutes until beans are lightly crisp.
Serve with desired garnishes.
