Preheat the oven to 350 °F. In a medium bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar. Add the flour and mix until well combined and press into a 9 inch springform or tart pan. Bake for 11-15 minutes until lightly browned and allow to cool completely before decorating.
In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese, vanilla and icing sugar until smooth. Spread over the crust.
Prepare your fruit. Drain canned oranges, wash berries, slice kiwis and strawberries and set aside. I like to assemble the fruit first on a plate to get an idea of my design and then transfer it to the pizza.
Top the pizza with the prepared fruit. Get creative!
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and up to 1 day. Slice and serve.
