– 2 cups croutons
– ½ cup bell pepper
– ½ cup tomato diced
– ½ cup yellow onion diced
– 1 cup fresh spinach
– 2 slices bacon
– ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
– 4 eggs
– ½ cup Greek yogurt
– ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt
– ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
– 1 oz cream cheese
– ½ tsp each poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried minced onion, dried minced garlic
