Healthy Peanut Sauce

Packed full of savory peanut butter flavor, this easy peanut sauce recipe comes together in less than ten minutes and is made of just five wholesome, simple ingredients. – 3 tablespoon peanut butter – 1 tablespoon Tamari or  soy sauce or coconut aminos – 1 tablespoon lime juice – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon ground ginger – 2-3 tablespoon water

Whisk together all of the ingredients, except the water, until combined.

Add a little water (1-2 tablespoons at a time), mixing until smooth between each addition. Stop adding water when the sauce meets your desired consistency.

Use

Make it Sweet- Add 2-3 teaspoons to taste of maple syrup, honey or brown sugar. Add a Little Heat- If you prefer a spicier sauce, add ¼-1/2 teaspoon to taste, of red pepper flakes or hot sauce such as sriracha.
