– 3 tablespoon peanut butter – 1 tablespoon Tamari or soy sauce or coconut aminos – 1 tablespoon lime juice – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – ½ teaspoon ground ginger – 2-3 tablespoon water
Whisk together all of the ingredients, except the water, until combined.
Add a little water (1-2 tablespoons at a time), mixing until smooth between each addition. Stop adding water when the sauce meets your desired consistency.
There are so many delicious ways to use this creamy sauce.
Make it Sweet- Add 2-3 teaspoons to taste of maple syrup, honey or brown sugar. Add a Little Heat- If you prefer a spicier sauce, add ¼-1/2 teaspoon to taste, of red pepper flakes or hot sauce such as sriracha.
