Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor along with the Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and salt.
Blend the ingredients until they reach a smooth and creamy consistency, stopping to scrape down the sides a few times as needed.
Taste and add more salt or lime, if necessary. If using as a sauce or salad dressing, add 2-4 tablespoons of water to reach a more pour-able consistency.
Use as a salad dressing, sauce for tacos, dip and more.
