Wash and scrub or peel the potatoes then cut into ¾ inch cubes.
Add the avocado oil and seasonings to a bowl with the potato cubes and mix until coated.
Place into the basket of an air fryer and air fry at 400 °F for 18-22 minutes until tender, shaking every 5 minutes or so.
Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
