When we need a quick and delicious dinner, something centered around shrimp is often my go-to.

Shrimp is quick to cook, even if you forgot to thaw it ahead of time and works well with so many flavors.

To save time, I like to keep a few bags of peeled and deveined shrimp in the freezer in order to pull together a last minute healthy supper.
