What's not to love about waffles? Fluffy on the inside, crisp on the outside and buttery, a day that starts with a plate of them is a day that is off to a good start.
Whenever I whip up a batch of Oat Flour Waffles, my first instinct is to top them with butter and maple syrup and serve them alongside some scrambled eggs (a go-to that is always delicious!).
But I've been trying to challenge myself to trying out different toppings and side dishes, and as it turns out there are a lot of delicious things you can eat with waffles!
